This print is beautiful. It's a commonly depicted subject, but it is very special. The composition, tonal quality, and movement are exceptional and evocative. The piece is true to it's title... breathtaking!

I have wanted this for my pro life bulletin board at my Catholic Church and I wasn’t disappointed. It is beautiful and it has so much meaning put in a picture. A picture speaks better then words and this picture says it all. Thanks

MATTHEW 4:19 a (Bible verse) is seen on the back of the boat and reflected in the water. "As Jesus walked by the sea of Galilee, he saw two brothers, Simon who is called Peter and his brother Andrew, casting a net into the sea, they were fishermen." "He said to them", "Come after me, and I will make you fishers of men." An additional story about the Painting (Print) is under the main listing of the Original Print, "In the Misty Morning."
The original print of the oil painting, "In the Misty Morning", without the words on the back of the boat, is also available in my, "The Painted Boats" collection, and this version is under the name of, "Matthew 4:19" and also in the "Collection of Fine Art Decor"
